Established in 1925, the University of Miami Libraries have evolved with their community to provide students, faculty, and researchers with the highest quality access to collections, information services, learning support, and digital expertise. The Libraries preserve history and cultural heritage, create new learning and technology spaces for students, and support research specialties in architecture, marine and earth science, medicine, and so much more.

Your gift to the Student Employees Fund at the University Libraries will help support our library student workers—without whom we could not achieve our service excellence goals. Work experience for students at the Libraries also serves as a significant marker in their lives, exposing them to a variety of future career opportunities, ranging from specialized fields to leadership roles. Donations have an even more significant impact on Giving Day, thanks to generous bonus funds that will only be available on October 11.

As we approach our second century, we invite you to contribute to the impact our research libraries make in the local community, across the nation, and as a guiding force for hemispheric growth. Your gift helps power our mission forward while ensuring the University Libraries will continue to be a vital resource for transforming the lives of current and future ’Canes.
